Can I use a Desktop font in a logo?
The draft Desktop licence covers logos and finished static artwork. Sending the font software itself to a client is a separate matter. Read the draft EULA.
Is a Web licence needed for images on my website?
Web licensing is for serving the font software with @font-face. A flattened graphic made using a Desktop licence is a different use. The controlling EULA defines the final terms.
Can I share the font with a client or collaborator?
The draft Desktop licence covers up to 3 users within one organization. Redistribution of the font files is not included. For client handoff or a larger team, check the EULA and get in touch.
Are the trials and the free font the same thing?
No. Trials are restricted files for non-commercial evaluation. Alive Marker is the planned full-weight free release and has its own licence.
