The existing draft proposes a refund or replacement for corrupt files, files that do not match the listing, or a verifiable duplicate purchase reported within 30 days.
If you chose the wrong licence
Contact the foundry with the order reference and intended use. A licence-change procedure and its time window must be confirmed with Polar before launch.
Try before you buy
Live testers and restricted trials help you check the typeface before a purchase. Trial files are for evaluation rather than commercial work.
Digital goods and applicable rights
The current draft treats downloaded digital goods as generally final, subject to the remedies above and applicable consumer rights. The final wording and Polar refund procedure require approval.

Use the store’s support channel and include your order reference, font name, and a description of the issue. Do not send payment-card details.
